NDIS - HOW TO ORDER

You may be able to pay for items with your NDIS funding.

Check with you plan manager or NDIS direct to confirm eligibility.

Important Notes:

  • Every NDIS plan is different. What can be claimed depends on your individual goals and needs.

  • Just because a product is listed doesn’t guarantee NDIS will cover it.

  • Final approval for any claim comes from the NDIS, not us.

How to Order Using NDIS Funds

Step 1: Shop Online
Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Step 2: Choose a Payment Option

Option 1 – Pay Now:

  • Pay upfront.

  • Your order ships immediately.

  • You claim reimbursement from the NDIS later.

Option 2 – Pay Later via NDIS:

  • Choose ‘Bank Deposit’ at checkout.

  • This lets you complete the order without paying right away.

  • In the Comments Box, include:

    • NDIS Participant Name & Address (as per your NDIS plan).

    • NDIS Number

    • Plan Manager’s Email (if applicable)

    • Any special instructions (e.g. delivery details)

  • We’ll email you an NDIS-compliant PDF invoice (and we'll send a copy of the invoice direct to your plan manager if you have provided their invoice email address).

  • Your plan manager can then pay us directly.

  • Once payment is received, we’ll ship your order—usually the same day or within 1–2 business days.
