Description

By Jean Gilliam DeGaetano

Children usually learn by watching what is happening around them.  They usually interpret actions, feelings, relationships, sequences, etc., just by watching and forming conclusions about what they see.  Pictures give these same clues and messages.  If children have difficulty interpreting events and pictures, they are not able to talk about them.  The purpose of these activities is to help children observe clues that give a picture meaning and then talk about how they knew a certain things was happening and the picture clue that gave them the answer.  60 reproducible ages.  Language Age:  5-7
