Christmas lodgement dates for most Australian states 2024
Australia Post is recommending lodgement by the following dates for delivery by Christmas
(*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):
- Parcel Post: Friday 20 December**
- Express Post: Monday 23 December*
- Items sent to and from Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13 December to be delivered by Christmas.
** For all items collected by one of our trucks or vans and taken directly to our processing facility. For Parcel Post items lodged over the counter, please lodge by 2:30pm on 20 December. For more detailed state lane breakdowns (including Perth and Darwin) please visit the Australia Post.

Delivery is via Australia Post, so parcels are delivered promptly as per Australia Post Delivery times (see the Parcel Post –Domestic Delivery Estimator 2024 if you require more information). Please keep in mind this may vary during peak times.

We will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange for another product within 14 days of delivery. If the item is incorrect or defective, we will pay for postage*. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of return.
