Every Day I'm a Rainbow Cards © are a heartfelt and expressive emotional literacy tool to help children understand the psychology and biology behind their emotions.

These high quality, thoughtfully illustrated cards feature 34 x illustrations (and explanations) of emotions, self-regulation suggestions and a child-friendly guide of the limbic system.  

The cards were designed first and foremost to engage children visually, helping them to identify with their feelings and open doors for discussion. The characters are relatable and appealing, and also gender neutral. 

Every Day I'm a Rainbow Cards © can be used in many different settings, from the comfort of home, to school rooms and therapy sessions. Their uses are flexible and limitless; as a simple play resource right through to structured therapy. 

Each pack contains:
